Holcombe concreta la doble victoria en Francia
Después de un primer día polvoriento, las lluvias torrenciales durante la noche del sábado dieron un sabor completamente diferente a los procedimientos del domingo, aunque con un mismo ganador.
Una vez más, Steve Holcombe (Beta) tuvo que cuidar su espalda al final del día cuando Andrea Verona (TM) y Brad Freeman (Beta) se acercaron a 16 segundos del británico. Holcombe casi pierde todo su arduo trabajo en la última prueba cuando sus dos perseguidores le pisaron los talones. Pero el piloto de Factory Beta logró otra pequeña victoria, solo 3 segundos por delante de Freeman.
Al igual que en el Día 1, el Campeón Mundial de EnduroGP de 2019 tardó un poco en entrar en ritmo y, una vez más, se perdió por poco una victoria. Sin embargo, a pesar de estar fuera del Top 3 durante la mayor parte del día, Freeman aún pudo obtener el segundo lugar, prueba de su fuerza de carácter.
Como ayer, Andrea Verona (TM) ocupó el tercer lugar en el podio de EnduroGP. El novato italiano de la categoría Senior podría haber aprovechado la pérdida de potencia de Holcombe para obtener su primera victoria en la categoría reina, pero una caída en la última prueba del fin de semana lo privó de una victoria e incluso del segundo lugar.
Detrás del trío líder, Jaume Betriu (KTM) hizo una muy buena carrera. En el liderato general al final de la primera vuelta, el catalán estuvo fuera del Enduro por un tiempo para concentrarse en el Rally Dakar, pero claramente no perdió nada de su velocidad durante su tiempo libre, llevándose un gran cuarto lugar.
Cuarto en el día 1, el francés Loïc Larrieu (TM) se llevó otro Top 5 en detrimento de Danny McCanney (Honda).
Una mención especial nuevamente para Jérémy Tarroux (Sherco), que logró el séptimo lugar, y para el novato de la clase Senior de Bélgica, Antoine Magain (Sherco) noveno, así como Marc Sans Soria (KTM) décimo.
En Enduro 2, Holcombe consiguió otra victoria sobre Loïc Larrieu (TM) y Danny McCanney (Honda). Matteo Cavallo (Sherco) y Alex Salvini (Honda) completaron el Top 5.
En Enduro 1, también se repitió el mismo ganador del día anterior con el Campeón Mundial Junior 2019, Andrea Verona. Tarroux fue el siguiente con Thomas Oldrati (Honda) tercero. Los dos últimos lugares del Top 5 fueron para Antoine Magain y Christophe Charlier ( Beta).
Por último, la misma historia sucedió en Enduro 3 con Freeman venciendo a Jaume Betriu. Después de un gran día de carrera, Marc Sans Soria le arrebató el último escalón del podio a Davide Guarneri (TM) mientras que Cristóbal Guerrero (Beta) finalizó quinto.

Mario Román Serrano and CFMOTO complete a three-class Adventure sweep at Red Bull Romaniacs 2026
Mario Román Serrano put the CFMOTO 450MT on top of Red Bull Romaniacs 2026 with victory in the Adventure Ultimate class, delivering a landmark result for CFMOTO at one of the toughest off-road motorcycle events in the world. The success extended across the Adventure categories, with CFMOTO riders taking victory in all three classes. Alongside Román’s Ultimate triumph, Rene Columna secured the Adventure Core title, while Chinese rider He Guishu claimed the Adventure Lite victory.
Recognized as one of the toughest Hard Enduro and Adventure Bike Rallyes in the world, Red Bull Romaniacs 2026 took place from July 28 to August 1 around Sibiu, Romania. From the In-city Prolog to four Offroad Days in the Southern Carpathian Mountains, the event was a full measure of distance, terrain and judgement, asking riders and motorcycles to keep adapting from one test to the next.
CFMOTO joined Romaniacs for a second year as a major event sponsor and brought nearly 40 riders from 15 countries across Asia, Europe, North America and South America. The line-up covered Adventure Ultimate, Adventure Core and Adventure Lite, with the 450MT as the most widely used CFMOTO model. The 800MT-X and the 1000MT-X added further presence for the MT family. The new 1000MT-X also made a strong impression in the line-up, bringing torque-rich litre-class power, true ADV geometry and a 21-inch front / 18-inch rear spoked wheel set-up to the same demanding Romaniacs terrain. It was the 450MT that carried the sharpest storyline through Román’s title charge — it was a statement of untapped potential, proving that this machine is capable of far more than its spec sheet suggests.
